Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: network-manager

new clean install of 11.04 32bit on Lenovo S12 ion

network manager reports:
wireless disable by hardware switch.

There is no hardware switch on the S12 for wireless. In Windows it is
done with software launched by keyboard (Fn-F5)

acer_wmi has been removed;
ideapad_laptop has been added to /etc/modules

Wireless works fine in Windows XP (dual boot)
