Public bug reported:
I have Ubuntu 10.04 on my computer and I want to access the file system
so I can change the login sound , etc.
The program will not allow me to change the permissions on the file
system which will enable me to do that (i.e. save the file to the
specified folder within the file system) , as it is listed as a Root
folder and says I cannot change the permissions as I'm not the owner of
the folder.
I've tried using the Sudo command but that hasn't worked.
Can anyone suggest what I can do to change this ?
