Binary package hint: sqlitebrowser
sqlitebrowser is built with sqlite engine 3.3.5
sqlite is in version 2.8.17
So a database created by sqlitebrowser can not be opened with sqlite and
vice/versa.
$>sqlite db_sqlitebrowser
Unable to open database "db_sqlitebrowser": file is encrypted or is not a
database
