Public bug reported: Binary package hint: clvm
After clvm is installed the service does not start. Upon review this appears to be related to debian bug #594196 (http://bugs.debian.org/cgi- bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=594196). Creating the directory /var/run/lvm does resolve the problem. My current workaround is editing /etc/init.d/clvm to create the directory on start. I have attached a patch file.
