Jesusfreak, regarding your bug description:
> I have found strange artefacts in the menu of my OO
(writer+spreadsheed at least). In addition when I copy text from a page
like http://www.heise.de/newsticker/meldung/Verdachtsunabhaengige-
Videoueberwachung-von-Demos-in-Berlin-rechtswidrig-1046103.html to
writer I get a lot of comments which show similar artefacts.
Please be specific on what you mean by artifact. The fact it shows a
comment? a visual distortion? Discoloration? Does this issue occur for
you in LibreOffice?
> Furthermore when I open the View->Zoom dialog from the menu its content is

- I have found strange artefacts in the menu of my OO (writer+spreadsheed at
least). In addition when I copy text from a page like
http://www.heise.de/newsticker/meldung/Verdachtsunabhaengige-Videoueberwachung-von-Demos-in-Berlin-rechtswidrig-1046103.html
to writer I get a lot of comments which show similar artefacts.
- Furthermore when I open the View->Zoom dialog from the menu its content is
destroyed entirely at first (or more precise: the dialog shows the content of
the screen before opening it, with an additional vertical grey line). When I
maximize the dialog its fixed, going back to normal size its still fixed. Now
closing the dialog window and opening it again starts the procedure again. Take
a look at

The bug shows up on a Thinkpad R500 and is reproduceable always. I was
not able to reproduce it on a 2nd machine also running Ubuntu.
