Is this still a problem on Ubuntu 11.04? I just ran this with no
problem:
$ mkdir /tmp/bar
$ PYTHONPATH=/tmp/bar easy_install -d /tmp/bar jstools
** Changed in: distribute (Ubuntu)
Status: New => Incomplete
