Binary package hint: kaffeine
Since going up to 0.8.2 kaffeine no longer plays DVD-T. Both xine and
mplayer still work but I don't like either of their interfaces.
I have cleared out .xine, the kaffeine rc and app files and restarted
and the same thing occurs;-
1. start kaffeine
2. select DVB
3. as the channel starts to render (you get the kaffeine splash screen in the
video window), the program crashes.
I am using Xgl + compiz but it was working just fine until about a week
ago.
Running it from a console gives me:
