this is caused by a diversion added in the specific experimental tegra
ac100 rootfs the OP uses, the boot partition space is to small for
initrds including MODULES=most, plymouth or cryptsetup, the diversion is
just a quick and dirty hack atm to avoid their inclusion, the bug should
be invalidated.
