Public bug reported:
If I boot a 11.04 Live-CD and select "Deutsch" -> Ubuntu ausprobieren, I get a
desktop with all menus and applications in english.
This is not the case with 10.10 Live-CD. Menus and application were mostly
fully translated to german.
The same problem occured, after I installed it on a USB-stick. I couldn't
install german support from the internet.
