Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: indicator-weather

Indicator weather does not appear on the panel at all. I shut down the pc turn
it back on and the weather indicator does not appear. I have it on start-up
list and when I run the command "ps -ef | grep weather" i have in return (last
column only) /usr/bin/python /usr/bin/indicator-weather. Even if I kill the
process and run it again nothing changes. In dconf-editor the value of
desktop->unity->panel->systray-whitelist is " 'all' " ( inner quotes
included,outer quotes excluded).
