Hi Alexander

Please don't hesitate to update the patch accordingly.

I personally run on a Mac, and on MacOS X all shortcuts always start
with CMD (Apple key); which is solved with the current version of
Firefox.

I assume some more effort is needed for Linux and Windows; but I have
little idea on creating the "useful" patch for it.

So, please; patch propositions are welcome.
