Thanks for reporting this. This looks like a bad CD or ISO image. Try
selecting the "check cd for defects" option in the boot menu to see if
this is indeed the cause. If the test fails, try checking the ISO image
you downloaded ( http://wiki.ubuntu.com/VerifyIsoHowto ). If it turns
out to be OK, try burning it at a lower speed.
In the meantime, what's worrying is the following line:
Unable to handle kernel NULL pointer dereference at virtual address 00000114
This however can be caused by the bad CD as far as I know.
