Binary package hint: openoffice.org
This problem happens in Openoffice 2.2 with Feisty.
Steps to reproduce:
1) insert an image into word processor documents and add a caption (I have
tried with .jpeg image)
2) save as .doc (Microsoft Word 97/2000/XP)
3) close the document
4) when you reopen it the image is disappeared
This problem doesn't happen if image has no caption.
