  First, I'm a linux noob, but here goes. What I do is that I press File -
  Wizard - Install new dictionaries and poof, OpenOffice.org Document
  Recovery window pops up telling me that "Due to an unexpected error, OOo
  Crashed. All the files you were....." and the OK button. I press the OK
  button and a new window pops up, letting me recover the document I were
  working on, and the  DicOOo document. When it recovers the DicOOo file,
  it asks me if I want to enable macros. I press Enable Macros and poof.
  Document Recovery pops up again.
