Just installed Ubuntu 7.04 from scratch and the bug is still there! The
/etc/init.d/postfix script needs to be changed.
Adding "start" as shown below works for me:
if start-stop-daemon --start --exec ${DAEMON} start -- quiet-quick-
start; then
--
