A small oversight on my part, I should have removed that. As to Debian itself, 
the at-spi2 stack is not yet in Debian, but work is going on to get the 2.0 
series into unstable, and probably the 2.1 series into experimental later. For
now, I'll remove the unreleased debian changelog entry and will put it back in 
the proper place once Debian has a release in their archives.

Again an oversight, gsettings is being used, so the gconf references
will be removed for next upload.

That probably won't be necessary for anything outside of the at-spi2
stack itself, or AT providers like orca etc, i.e QT or unity itself
shouldn't need to build-dep against anything at-spi, as atk is the layer
between GTK/Unity and at-spi, and QT will have its own bridge.
