I'm having exactly same symptoms with my Wind U100. I had it with ubuntu 10.10 and now I did a fresh install for 11.04 and still the problem remains. Is there some logs i could provide to help solving the problem?
This is pretty annoying bug since it's making it hard to use computer during work days.
