After installing gnome-activity-journal the Zeitgeist daemon needs to be
restarted for gnome-activity-journal to work (otherwise its plugin isn't
loaded). You can do this be either logout and login aagin or by killing
the process "zeitgeist-daemon" (it will restart if you start gnome-
activity-journal).
It's a bug that gnome-activity-journal just crashes here. Instead it should
either restart zeitgeist-daemon or at least inform the user about the problem.
