Few duplicates, limited activity on the bug since release, and most of
all, there is no way to reproduce the problem. I've looked in the code
and it looks like either the launcher has been destroyed and the signal
handler points to a non-existent instance(!) or the stack has been
smashed by another rogue plugin.
Hence, dropping this bug from the SRU list.
