You have custom PPA's installed on the system which are stalling the upgrade.
You need to remove those PPA's and the packages that were installed with them.
Consider the tool 'ppa-purge'. Marking invalid as this is not a problem with
the operating system. Feel free to leave comments even though it is marked
invalid.
