I can back your post, exact same story here. Also using Logitech Mediaboard Pro als bluetooth device in Ubuntu Natty (x64). In my case this behavior started afer the upgrade to Natty. I've seen the Mediaboard not being recognized by Lucid and Maverick occasionaly, but since Natty it is after every reboot, just as described above. Rebooting again with the mediaboard turned off, turning it on after the booting finished makes it usable again.
