+ 2.) Set font of window-titles to "Courier New" with "bold italics" style and

  The title font in the Unity panel seems to be whatever the application
  font is, but in bold form. This is inconsistent with the titlebar when
  the window is not maximized, because the Appearance settings allow you
  to specify a completely different font for the title.
