Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better.
It looks like the following configuration option is causing your issue:
-c pokito-laptop
Are you using a non-standard configuration file in OPTIONS in
/etc/default/bind9? If you are please could you try specifying the full
path to the configuration file and attempt to complete the upgrade using
the following command:
sudo dpkg-reconfigure bind9
Hopefully this should resolve your issue.
