Also, specifically for Kamal Mostafa's kernel there is bug 568611. He
asked a specific question there in his comment 193. If you have
interesting result with regard to that (and only that) you should post
that there.
Personally I fear I can not help any further with this problem at this
time. I also have lost easy access to hardware that showed a variety of
this bug.
