+ Test case:
+ 1.) Start gnome-appearance-properties and change the "Application font"
+ 2.) Use a font-size of 7, a bold/italics style and font-family Ubuntu (use
also different font-families: e.g. Vera Sans, Courier New)
+ 3.) Apply
+ 4.) Hover with the mouse-pointer over the launcher-icons... the tooltips now
show vertically correct aligned text.

Text in unity launcher tooltips not vertically centered, it's not
noticable with default font size, but well visible with smaller font
size.
As suggested in #697791 creating new bug, instead reopening old one.
