I am also seeing this bug with konsole, with or without unity... but it
has different symptoms in either case.
WITH UNITY: Menu bar drawing issues happen. Here are some things I've
seen happen:
- The menu bar does not draw at all
- The menu bar does draw, but dropdown menus are not drawn at all.
- The menu bar is filled with some random stuff that looks as if it's stuck
somewhere in an offscreen framebuffer
WITHOUT UNITY: Gnome-panel drawing issues happen. Konsole's menus in
particular are drawn *way* below where they should be. Some other
drawing issues I've seen here:
- The menus don't draw at all.
- The menus do draw, but are way below where they should be
- Window borders or random parts of the desktop are not redrawn... Dragging a
window or mouse over these areas causes a refresh.
