For example:
xsetwacom set "Wacom Intuos4 6x9 pad" AbsWheelDown "key Down"
does nothing.
Strangely AbsWheelUp does work as intended, e.g. xsetwacom set "Wacom
Intuos4 6x9 pad" AbsWheelUp "key Up"
