Binary package hint: indicator-applet
Reproduce
1. In terminal:
gsettings set com.canonical.Unity.Panel systray-whitelist "['all']"
2. Run any application with systray icon (skype, opera, audacious etc.).
3. Mouse click on weather indicator, network indicator, bluetooth indicator,
keyboard layout indicator not working.
4. Mouse click works on sound, chat, time, me menu and power indicators.
5. You can click on one of working indicators and move mouse left. It is for
showing menu of not working indicators.
