I restarted Ubiquity to get a snapshot of how the partitions were just before the crash. If I press the "Forward" button, Ubiquity will crash. I am trying to use hda3 (1gig) as swap, and hda4 as "/" - nothing too fancy as you can see.
If you need any additional info regarding what exactly I was doing when this crash happened, please let me know. I will now install using the alternate-install CD. Couldn't resist the temptation to try and use Ubiquity after all the bugs I triaged.
