python-pyliblzma is not a package in Ubuntu. The version number indicates it
was probably a package from a PPA somewhere.
It's conflicting with python-lzma, which *is* a package in Ubuntu, and the
correct package name to provide lzma.so.

Remove python-pyliblzma, and tell that PPA's owner that they should
delete it, it's clearly a problem.

** Changed in: python-lzma (Ubuntu)
       Status: Confirmed => Invalid
