Hi Hezy, Many thanks for your reply. I am in New Zealand but don't know of anyone who uses Me-Tv here, so you could very well be right. VLC player will play back recorded Me-Tv programmes just fine, but Me-Tv has no sound. If I attempt to play the recorded programme through Xine, the same sound system that's used within Me-Tv, I again get no sound. So I think it could be xine that's the problem. Until you suggested otherwise I had never considered the broadcast signal. At least it's good to know someone else has the same problem, I through I was the only one in the world.
