Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: acpid

During boot, ACPI shares interrupts, even though there are plenty numbers free.
After this, network connections (I have a USB network adapter) and keyboard
spuriously hang.
Someway, interrupt 16 and 19 are also a favorite of the sound system, causing
additional overloading of there IRQs.

Neither the ACPI nor the ALSA documentation give a handle on how to manyally
set IRQs.
My BIOS does not have a menu to manually assign IRQs.
