Binary package hint: twinkle
Expected behavior:
When Twinkle starts, system tray icon appears in system tray
Actual behavior:
When twinkle starts, about 50% of the time system tray icon appears at
top of desktop, not in a system try or connected to a task bar. it just
sits on the desktop.
To recreate:
Standard install of kubuntu 10.4 LTS (Lucid Lynx).
Log out of profile with twinke running, so it will start automatically when you
log back in.
Log back in- about 50% of the time the system tray icon is not in the system
tray
Workaround:
Keep starting twinkle until system tray icon appears in system tray
Other comments:
It actually looks like icon is in the correct place in the status tray for a
split second, then jumps to the main desktop.
