I confirm the bug just for 10.04 not for the 11.04 . For the Lucid Lynx 10.04 I found the easy way to add all new icons LibreOffice to all files .odt , .ods , .odp and more . I just download the humanity-icon-theme_0.5.3.10_all.deb for Natty and install it , now not need to remove any files and replaced with new , Icons is just beautiful , nice work !!!
