Public bug reported:
Test case:
* Select any file in Ubuntu One folder
* Right-click on it, select "Ubuntu One", the "Publish"
A NotifyOSD bubble will appear. This has two disadvantages:
1. The link is not copy-able
2. The bubble disappears quickly, so too little time to remember the link
Replacing it with Gtk+ MessageBox will solve both problems.
