This is the most important bug blocking certification, and it affects a lot of
systems.
It would definitely have more me toos (although it already has 36), but not
everybody uses external monitors on a daily basis.
But this is critical to fix in Natty, as it will affect a lot of people trying
it for the first time when trying to do a presentation.
