First of all, thanks for helping making Ubuntu One better. When we
designed the notification feature, we decided we will not raise any
popup/dialog to the end user unless is strictly necessary (eg the sync
can not go on due to lack of space in the cloud). So, I'll close this
bug as Won't Fix. If you think I didn't understand your report
correctly, please let me know!
