Note that in oneiric it now fails with
debian/rules:9: /usr/share/cdbs/1/rules/langpack.mk: No such file or
directory
This is indeed obsolete, you should use gnome.mk or dh_translations (in
dh-translations package).
Also, we should convert the packge to dh_python2.
