Setting the environment variable GDK_NATIVE_WINDOWS=true before starting
Eclipse seems to fix these random crashes for me.  Unfortunately I lose
all scroll bars in Eclipse when this option is enabled, so it's not a
great workaround.  Even so, maybe it provides some insight into the root
cause of the problem.
