Binary package hint: ntfs-config
The package ntfs-config creates a desktop item with 'gksu ntfs-config'.
Since gksu is not a dependecy of ntfs-config on kubuntu the desktop item
doesn't work.
Changing the desktop file to run kdesu for kubuntu or to depend on gksu should
fix the problem.
For the problem of not knowning when to use gksu or kdesu I would
suggest to make a graphic-su symlink managed by the debian-alternatives
system.
