Binary package hint: cdebootstrap
Wishlist item:
cbootstrap on ubuntu should default to using an ubuntu mirror instead of
ftp.debian.org.
This should be a setting that depends on the "suite" chosen, so it should come
from a config file (/usr/share/cbootstrap ... )
