Public bug reported:
if you add an icon for "manage repositories" to the adept toolbar,
clicking on it makes the button stay pressed. but since feisty, the
repository manging tool is an extra window so there is no point in an
enable/ disable function for it anymore. clicking the button again
'unpresses' the button but opens a second window to manage repositories.
request: make "manage repositories" a normal action without two toggle
states and consider not allowing multiple "manage repositories" windows
to be open.
