Binary package hint: ubuntu-restricted-extras

1. awhile back I installed ubuntu-restricted-extras
2. attempted "play foo.mp3"

result: play FAIL formats: no handler for file extension `mp3'

expected result: it should play.  If ubuntu-restricted-extras added
lilbsox-fmt-mp3 as a depends it would install automatically.

current workaround: sudo apt-get install libsox-fmt-mp3
