Reporter: can you reproduce this? If you attempt to install cmake-data again at the prompt, do you get the same error message again? If so, do you have the skills to run the cmake-data postinst under strace or similar?

Googling turns up bugs in audio applications etc but this seems somewhat out of line. The error message comes from the libc dynamic loader so it could be pretty much anything, but I am not at all convinced the problem is within Emacs code.
