Public bug reported: Binary package hint: kdepim
Kubuntu 11.04 amd64 What is expected to happen: When using ldap over ssl (ldaps://), kontact should setup an ssl session with the ldap server and exchange public keys. What is happening instead: Kontact is connecting to the LDAP server but failing to setup an SSL session and subsequent key exchange/negotiation. Because kontact fails to do the key exchange, the LDAP server then closes the connection reporting a tls negotiation error. ** Affects: kdepim (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/797037 Title: Kontact fails to use SSL when establishing an SSL LDAP session To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kdepim/+bug/797037/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
