I'm using natty-desktop-amd64.iso, which boots to the grub menu. It starts out with an "error: prefix is not set.", but later loads the menu. Selecting any option gives me a blank screen. I've tried getting the latest Grub (v1.99) but I got the same error.
The CD boots ok in bios mode, the problem is when booting using EFI. I cannot run apport-collect or install and upstream kernel as this is a booting issue with a live cd. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/706204 Title: Can't boot Natty Alpha 1 via EFI To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/706204/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
