I'm using natty-desktop-amd64.iso, which boots to the grub menu. It
starts out with an "error: prefix is not set.", but later loads the
menu. Selecting any option gives me a blank screen. I've tried getting
the latest Grub (v1.99) but I got the same error.

The CD boots ok in bios mode, the problem is when booting using EFI.

I cannot run apport-collect or install and upstream kernel as this is a
booting issue with a live cd.
