I solved the problem with this steps:
sudo rm /var/lib/dkms/vboxdrv/3.2.4/source
sudo apt-get remove --purge dkms
sudo apt-get install dkms
sudo apt-get install virtualbox-ose-dkms
sudo /etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup
really i don't know if all the steps are necessary.
