I can reproduce this bug (duplicate bug 797494) on a Lubuntu Oneiric
i386 system with the same network-manager-gnome package version. Since
this is in a Lubuntu Desktop session which does not run unity-2d (or any
unity variant, since it is running LXDE), this bug is almost certainly
not related to any crash in unity-2d.
