I can't reproduce this bug here. When I get Skype display an incoming
call notification, the notification comes up well but the launcher stays
hidden (as intended).
That's maybe because I'm running Oneiric with the latest Skype deb from
skype.com and the latest Qt libraries. Marking incomplete, anyway.
