Second thing is the "wonderful" Unity window Menu bar integration (which sucks as well especially while working with several windows). Some "wise" people didn't take into account that some Menus as in FOR EXAMPLE GIMP are pretty long! And may not suit the upper panel- the panel may be to short for the menu as in the attached screenshot.
Unity made Ubuntu useless.
